Adding or Editing Templates

Use the Toolbar or the Content menu to add or edit templates.

The editor is shown below. Templates implement your interactions and must correspond to HTML pages in the \templates directory. So a template called TextAndAudio must correspond to TextAndAudio.htm. You use this screen to add additional templates, delete ones you don't want to show up in the Content Editor, or to change template names. Note that changing templates will affect all the training pages using those templates.

When you change templates, we recommend putting updated screen captures in the \Templates subdirectory of this application so that they available when displaying templates.

Closing this screen will automatically save the database. If you want an XML version of the Templates table, you can write that using the Save in XML Format item on the File menu.
